Heidi Klum Makes Surprise Appearance On "Victoria's Secret Fashion Show"

Heidi Klum made a surprise appearance on the runway of the annual Victoria's Secret Fashion Show. She gave birth to her fourth child, daughter Lou Samuel, just last month.

Klum was considerably more covered than the other models. She appeared wearing a purple corset covered in tulle and other details, which covered most of her body. The 36-year-old model says she's working with her personal trainer to shed the last of her baby weight. She reportedly gained over 45 pounds during her pregnancy.

While she gets her famed figure back, most of the body-baring came from supermodels like Alessandra Ambrosio, Dutzen Kroes, Marisa Miller, and the rest of the Victoria's Secret beauties. This year's production features Miller adorning a $3 million diamond-encrusted Fantasy Bra.

The Victoria's Secret Fashion Show will also feature performances by the Black Eyed Peas. It airs Tuesday, December 1st on CBS.
