Heidi Klum Wishes To Change Her Name To Samuel After Husband Seal |

Supermodel Heidi Klum is finally taking her husband's name after four years of marriage. The German-born Victoria's Secret model has filed documents in court to request her last name be changed to Samuel, singer Seal's last name. Seal, whose real name is Seal Henry Olusegun Kwassi Olumide Adeola Samuel, married Klum in May 2005. They have two sons together, Henry and Johan. He is also the adoptive father of Klum's daughter, Helene, from a previous relationship. Klum filed the petition on Monday in Los Angeles County Superior Court. She is set to find out if her request has been granted on November 20. The couple are currently expecting another daughter. |
