Hugh Jackman And Daniel Craig Chastise Audience Following Cellphone Interruption During Broadway Play

September 29, 2009

Hollywood A-listers Hugh Jackman and Daniel Craig were left annoyed when an audience member's cellphone kept ringing during a performance of their Broadway play "A Steady Rain."

As seen on the video footage obtained by TMZ, the "Wolverine" star and "James Bond" actor were performing on stage last week when an audience member's cellphone ring interrupted their play.

A clearly annoyed Jackman, still in character, were cheered by the audience as he told the cellphone owner: "You want to get that? You want to get it? Grab it. I don't care."

A few moments later, another cellphone went off. Craig then intervened and told the owner, "Just get the phone."

"A Steady Rain," a play by Keith Huff, tells the story of two Chicago policemen who, after an operation that went horribly wrong, are overcome by guilt, threatening their lifelong friendship.
