Hulk Hogan's Estranged Wife Cashing In On His "O.J." Comments

Hulk Hogan's "O.J." comments are costing him more than he bargained for. The retired professional wrestler's estranged wife wants an additional $8,200 a month because she fears for her life.

According to Linda Hogan's request in Pinellas County, Florida, she claims that she needs another $8,200 a month so she can move "thousands of miles away" from the man she married in 1983 because she feels she is in "imminent danger of becoming a victim."

A couple of weeks ago, Hulk - real name Terry Gene Bollea - was quoted by Rolling Stone magazine saying he "totally" understands disgraced football player O.J. Simpson.

He said, "You life half a mile from the 20,000-square-foot home you can't go to anymore, you're driving through downtown Clearwater and see a 19-year-old boy driving your Escalade, sleeping in your bed, with your wife."

"I mean, I totally understand O.J."

His rep quickly clarified the passage, saying the quote was just taken out of context.

It may seem too late, however. Linda saw the opportunity to milk some more cash from him.

According to TMZ, if Hulk doesn't pay the additional demand, Linda will file a domestic violence injunction against him, complete with special terms to keep him from using the media to attack her.

She is also asking $24,000 for "advanced rent and security deposits" to set up a shop in California.
