Justin Bieber has denied he grabbed the boob of a female fan despite everyone having seen the pictures.The singers spokesman denied that he touched the boob of a female fan at a meet and greet event.

The representative told E!News that it is ridiculous and the groping did not happen.According to the rep. Justin was pulling away from the fan and not what everyone thought.

On twitter Justin kind of touched on the scandal saying "A lot of BS has been out there lately.It never stops. Answering myself through music".

The young fan also clarified the incident on twitter saying it seemed as if Justin was touching her boob when he leaned to give her a kiss on her cheek.She wrote "I'm dying HAHA it looks like Justin is touching my boob,HAHA".

The super fun who calls herself JocelynnBieber defended the singer saying people can think what they want to but she knows what happened and so does Justin.She added that everyone can have their opinion which does not matter to her.
