Janet Jackson Hospitalized After Suddenly Getting Ill

Pop superstar Janet Jackson has been rushed to the hospital. After getting suddenly ill during the sound check of her concert in Montreal on Monday, she was rushed to the local hospital.

The 42-year-old singer/actress is being monitor at the medical facility.

Jackson hopes to reschedule the unexpectedly canceled show. No further information was released.

Jackson had also canceled her Detroit show on Friday due to "production constraints."
