Jennifer Aniston Subpoenaed In Agent's Sexual Harassment Lawsuit

December 9, 2009

Jennifer Aniston has been subpoenaed in court. The "Friends" star is required to testify in the sexual harassment lawsuit involving her agent, Todd Shemarya.

Shemarya is being sued by ex-assistant Heather Devlin for allegedly exposing her to a "constant barrage of offensive sexual, racial and religious comments" before she was fired.

He also apparently created a hostile work environment by exposing her to Internet porn, "parading naked" around her, and mocking his star clients.

Aniston, 40, was said to have been served with the summon as she was leaving a party in Los Angeles on Thursday night, according to RadarOnline.com.

It is still not clear how the actress is involved with the proceedings.
