Joel Madden, Nicole Richie Shun Marriage For Now

Nicole Richie won't be hearing wedding bells any time soon, as her rocker boyfriend Joe'>Joel Madden reveals he has no plans to marry the celebutante for the time being.

The "Good Charlotte" lead told People magazine Wednesday that he and Richie are happy playing couple and parents to their daughter, Harlow, but they are still not yet going to take one step further by marrying.

He said, "We don't have any plans for that right now. We're just happy, and we're being a family, and that's we're at right now. But marriage means something different to everyone."

He also said that being a family is what makes them happy. He added, "We're moving at our own pace."

Meanwhile, Richie has been confirmed to guest star on the comedy action series "Chuck." This is her first venture to acting after giving birth to Harlow in January.
