The British actress-and-fashion designer entered the "Rehab" singer's North London home just before midnight on Monday looking glamorous with on-off boyfriend Kristian Marr.

When she left, Sadie, 43, looked completely dishevelled with her dress undone and her underwear on display as she got into a taxi.

A source said: "The zip of her dress wasn't done up properly and her jacket was tucked into the back of it. She was in a real state."

"Oddly, she left clutching a box full of junk, which had 'make-up/skin care bits' written on the top."

"When they came to leave, they couldn't open the front door."

"Amy said she had lost the key after locking it, so there was a bit of a panic as they tried to work out how they were going to get out."

Sadie, the ex-wife of Jude Law, announced she had given up drinking in 2006.

The mother-of-four is a member of the infamous Primrose Hill set - which also includes supermodel Kate Moss, Rhys Ifans and British actress Davinia Taylor.
