Lindsay Lohan's early rehab release is not without conditions. The "Mean Girls" actress needs to follow the ground rules Judge Elden Fox imposed for her probation or risk being jailed again.

According to TMZ, the judge said during Wednesday's hearing that Lohan must pass her drug and alcohol tests. Otherwise, she will have to go to jail for 30 days.

The rules include:

- Residing at home until November 1,

- Random drug and alcohol testing twice a week,

- Participating in psychotherapy for a minimum of 4 days a week,

- Attending behavior therapy sessions twice a week, and

- Attending a 12-step program

Lohan can't also leave California without the court's approval.

Her attorney, Shawn Chapman Holley, told reporters that Lohan is "looking forward to beginning anew, and having a productive life and schedule."

Meanwhile, Lohan was seen at the Santa Monica Department of Motor Vehicle after she was released. Apparently, she wanted her suspended license back so she applied to get it.

But TMZ sources inside said that she was "in and out within ten minutes," which the website interpreted that she was sent home to get more documentation.
