Among the many stars at the Beverly Hilton Hotel, Julianne Moore made her grand arrival ahead of the 69th Golden Globe Awards on Sunday evening (January 15).

The 51-year-old actress brought her fashion A-game as she worked the red carpet in a black Chanel frock before heading inside for Tinseltown festivities.

Not just a mere spectator, Miss Moore happened to have the important task of announcing one of the night's esteemed winners alongside co-presenter Rob Lowe.

Top contenders this time around include "The Artist" with six bids for glory while "The Help" and "The Descendants" follow closely behind with five apiece.

As for the ceremony, Ricky Gervais is the host of the Golden Globe Awards - which air live on NBC beginning at 8PM ET/PT.
