Justin Bieber was mad at the club for not allowing Jaden Smith to attend the birthday bash

The reason why Justin Bieber said he had the worst 19th birthday at London's Cirque du Soir is because the club could not allow Jaden Smith to attend because he is under age.

A spokesman informed about the strict age policy that led to most of his friends missing the party.He said they were forced to turn away some of the singer's guests because they were underage.

The spokesman told E! News that their club,like many clubs in London operate under a strict age policy.

"As a few of the members of the party were under the suitable age of 18,the security team at Circular Du Soir explained to them this rule and refused entry to the club",he said.

All guests who could not provide proof that they were above 18-years old could not enter the club.

The spokesman went on to say that the club did not mean to inconvenience the singer and his friends because they visit the club regularly.He added that they are welcome to party there as long as they are above the legal age.

He added that he is sorry and he understands that it was Justin's birthsay but this is a matter of regulation that the management has to adhere to.He said their hands are tied with the local authorities and they could not just break the rule for him.

Speaking about Justin's tweet,the spokesman said the club never intended to give him the "worst birthday".

According to sources,Justin had booked a private area and spent $12,000 on the party.He also had waiters wearing "Happy birthday Justin",T-shirts.Also in attendance was model Ella-Paige Roberts Clarke,who is rumored to be his new girlfriend
