Karissa Shannon Demands Return Of Sex Tape With Heidi Montag From Spencer Pratt

Karissa Shannon wants the sex tape she made with Heidi Montag back from Spencer Pratt. The Playboy model is threatening to sue "The Hills" villain if he does not return the alleged stolen tapes.

Her lawyer, Hayes F. Michel, sent the spotlight-seeking D-lister a letter Thursday. He demanded that he return the sex footage that was "taken from her possession" or else face a lawsuit.

The letter, obtained by TMZ, reads: "It had been reported in the press that you were attempting to publish, distribute, sell, license or otherwise exploit filmed footage of Ms. Shannon. According to press reports, you are no longer threatening to do that."

"This decision is wise. Were you to follow through your initial threat, Ms. Shannon would file a lawsuit to enjoin the sale and/or distribution and seek monetary damages from you."

The legal beagle also wants Pratt to write an acknowledgment that he will no longer try to "publish, distribute, sell, license or otherwise exploit the footage," and to provide a list of people or companies who have seen or received the tapes.
