Katherine Jackson denies calling MJ's executor a thief

Los Angeles, CA, United States (AHN Entertainment) - Katherine Jackson denies signing the recent court declaration filed on behalf of Heal the World foundation, in which she lambasted her son Michael Jackson's estate co-executor John Braca. The Jackson matriarch said the statements written on the paper were not her words.

The declaration filed in the Estate's lawsuit against Heal the World states allegations against Braca, in which Katherine allegedly said Michael did not trust him when he was still alive. Apparently, the King of Pop, who assigned Braca as his estate executor, told his mother that he thought Braca was stealing from him.

But Adam Streisand, Katherine's lawyer, said that she did not sign any such statements.

He told TMZ, "Mrs. Jackson categorically denies signing any statement to the court that makes accusations against the executors of any wrongdoing with respect to her son or his estate."

"She did not and would not make such statements about the executors."

Heal the World lawyer, Edgar Pease, who filed the declaration, told the website that someone from the foundation faxed Katherine's manager the final copy of the document and it was then returned to him with Katherine's signature.

Trent Jackson, Katherine's caregiver and husband Joe's nephew, told Pease that he personally saw Katherine sign the declaration. However, TMZ sources connected with the Estate claim that the declaration is suspicious because only the last page contains the signature without any accompanying text.

Someone could just have inserted the signature into the declaration that Katherine never saw or approved.

If the signature was a fraud, Pease said, "Heads will roll."
