Now, we can finally see Katie Holmes happy again. She was just spotted with daughter Suri in NYC at an ice cream shop laughing out loud.

It's actually the first time we ever saw her smiling that way again for a long time.

So, it looks like filing for a divorce really did her some good. But of course, the case isn't over yet. This is why aside from Suri and some other friends, they were also spotted with at least 4 new bodyguards.

It should also be noted that she just fired her previous bodyguards because they were actually hired by her soon to be ex-husband.
