Katie Holmes and daughter Suri got into an accident last night. Their limousine was suddenly sideswiped by a New York City garbage truck.

Law enforcers say that the two didn't really get hurt. The truck just scraped the left rear of their Mercedes Benz limousine.

According to sources, the only other person inside the car aside from Katie and Suri was there driver. This happened on 33rd Street as they left Suri's gymnastics lesson.

It was a good thing that Tom's soon-to-be ex-wife and daughter are okay. It was reported that there were only minor damages and that everybody went on their way after exchanging information.
