Apparently, he is in such a big legal trouble because he was just sued for $5 million for allegedly socking his assistant, female assistant, that is. Melissa Ishage filed a lawsuit claiming she worked as Katt's personal assistant but he just suddenly attacked her last October 6 for no apparent reason. He attacked her and punched her to the point that he caused her to have serious and permanent injuries. Melissa didn't say anything as to why Katt suddenly act like that but claims she had to go to the hospital for being beat down. |
