Katt Williams Sued By Assistant Over Unpaid Wages

Comedian Katt Williams is being sued by a former assistant who says she was never paid for the service she rendered. Jacqueline Gutierrez claims the 36-year-old funny man owes her over $232,000.

According to the complaint Gutierrez filed with the California Labor Commission against Williams' Kattpack Investments, Inc. and obtained by TMZ, she had to pay all of her own expenses when she was on tour with the comedian for 10 months.

Williams allegedly owes her $100,000 in wages, $32,000 in out-of-pocket expenses, and $58,645 in hotel bills among many others that total $232,645.

Last month, the comedian was arrested in Georgia after allegedly breaking and entering into a man's home. He was charged with burglary and criminal trespassing for apparently stealing $3,555 worth of jewelry and collectible coins.

He has denied the accusations.
