Kelly Osbourne ditched by Madonna and Lourdes as Material girl spokesmodel

Fashion Police judge Kelly Osbourne is not amused at all by the move by Madonna and her daughter Lourdes to select a younger face as their brand spokesmodel. In 2011,Kelly was selected by Madonna to replace Taylor Momsen as face of Material girl. Kelly, now 27 said she feels betrayed by their move.

Kelly has been replaced by 20-year old Georgia May Jagger, the daughter of Mick Jagger. Georgia May was excited and took up the offer without a second thought. She said it is amazing to have been handpicked by Madonna. She added that she has always admired Madonna’s style and is thrilled to be working with them.

Georgia took to tweeter to share the news with her followers. She tweeted “I must say I love working with Madonna + Lola. Thank you for your lovely tweets guys. Can’t wait to see you @materialgirl campaign. Big kiss xxx.

Georgia May is just 20 but has graced various high-profiled magazines. She has appeared in Vogue, Harper’s Bazaar and Elle magazines. She said the news of her new job was a bit unexpected. She said “My agent called from Material girl team saying Madonna + Lola wanted to work with me. From talking to Lola, she and her mum liked my style and thought it would be a good fit”.
