Kelly Osbourne Recalls Times She Threw Herself Down The Stairs To Get Drugs

Kelly Osbourne threw herself down stairs to get drugs. The reality TV star - who recently completed a stint in an Oregon rehab clinic where she was treated for an addiction to painkillers - has lost count of the number of times she deliberately hurt herself so a doctor would prescribe her medication.

Speaking about her life when she moved from London to Los Angeles last year, Kelly told People magazine: "I couldn't see tomorrow. I was using anything to make me sleep during the day. I got really into smoking pot."

"It's so embarrassing the number of times I've thrown myself down the stairs to try to hurt myself to get pills. My only relationship was with the pizza delivery guy."

The 24-year-old presenter - who is engaged to model Luke Worrall, 19 - has checked into rehab on two previous occasions in a bid to conquer her addiction.

Kelly recently revealed she feared for her life before she decided to get clean.

She said: "I knew if I didn't go into rehab I would die. I thought, 'Thank God someone's going to take this pain away.' I can't honestly say I've ever been clean."

"I'm getting a second chance and I want to be present for it. I just want to be happy and anything is better than the way it was."
