The polish is estimated to be worth that much because it contains real black diamonds.

Even though .com/celebs/zooey_deschanel'>Zooey Deschanel and .com/celebs/sarah_hyland'>Sarah Hyland were spotted with eye-catching manicures during the same event it was apparent that Kelly had a more eye-catching and pricey manicure.

She says that she is sorry that her nail polish offended some of the public but adds that it was just a once in a lifetime experience. She even adds that she didn't really pay for it because she was just one of the lucky few who got picked to wear it on the event.
