Kevin Costner is expecting his second child with wife Christine Baumgartner. The 53-year-old actor, who already has 17-month old son Cayden Wyatt with Christine, is thrilled to be welcoming another child into the family.

The star's representative has confirmed the pregnancy, and a friend of the couple said: "Kevin and Christine are ecstatic. They feel so incredibly blessed right now as everything in their life is perfect."

"Kevin is really in a good place in his life and enjoys being a father and family man. They have an amazing house in Santa Barbara overlooking the ocean with lots of land to play with their growing family. Kevin is perfectly content, playing golf, eating delicious meals, drinking good wine with friends and being a dad!"

It is not yet known how far into the pregnancy Christine is, but she is believed to be carrying another boy.

Kevin married former model Christine in 2004 at a star-studded ceremony at his Colorado ranch, with guests including Oprah Winfrey, Oliver Stone and Bruce Willis.

The actor also has children Annie, 24, Lily, 22, Joe, 20, and Liam, 11, from previous relationships.
