Kim Kardashian advised to slow down by Kanye West

The baby is definitely not slowing down busy-bee Kim Kardashian and she has not kicked off those heels since she announced that she is pregnant.

Her boyfriend,Kanye West is however worried that Kim is working too hard and she should slow down.Since announcing her pregnancy,Kim has continued with her travelling and interviews including her recent trip to Africa and Europe.

A source says Kanye is worried that Kim is not taking her health seriously.The rapper is reported to have asked the soon to be first time mom to take a break.

Heat magazine spoke to a source who said "The problem is that Kim does not know how to slow down.She's worked tirelessly to get to where she is and has never given her self a break.

"She loves working,she thrives on it and hates the thought of doing nothing",the insider said.

With the baby on the way Kim's calender just gets busier.Insiders say she has guest appearances at various functions,including Oscar and Grammy's in February.She also has a party in Mexico!

Another insider added that the reality TV star has three magazine cover shoots and many other Kardashian merchandising meetings.
