Kim Kardashian Blogs About Octomom's "Shopping Addiction"

April 20, 2009

Kim Kardashian is no stranger to bad shopping habits. The sisters' shopping addiction is often the subject on their reality show, "Keeping Up with the Kardashians." Now Kim Kardashian is speaking out on the Octomom's shopping habits on a new blog posting on her official website.

"Why is Octomom wearing my Jimmy Choo sunglasses?" Kardashian says on her website about Nadya Suleman, the woman who quickly rose to fame for giving birth to eight children, bringing the total of her current brood to 14. "I think it's a little ridiculous that she claims she has no money and is on welfare to take care of her 14 children, yet she is out shopping and buying Jimmy Choo sunglasses!"

Suleman's earnings and spending habits have been the subject of previous news reports as well. It was reported that Suleman was raking in $1,000 per minute of footage of video exclusives posted to the Radar Online website, earning her $32,000 in just seven days. She was also spotted dropping over $1,000 at Nordstrom as well.

"I guess she'd rather spend her octo-dollars on accessories," Kardashian says on the subject. "Aren't 14 accessories enough, Octomom? Am I sensing a shopping addiction here? Khloe and Kourtney can hook you up with someone who can help you battle this!"

"Keeping Up with the Kardashians" is currently airing its third season on the E! network.
