Kim Kardashian Loves Junk Foods

Kim Kardashian's New Year resolution is in futility. The curvaceous reality TV star says she hasn't exactly been following her promise to eat well because she loves so many unhealthy foods.

The 27-year-old socialite confesses to People.com, "I figured just eating well would help me lose five pounds or so. It's so hard to eat well because I love so many unhealthy foods."

"I just can't stop eating junk. It's awful!"

Kardashian says she managed to avoid eating pancakes when she paid a visit to the International House of Pancakes in the afternoon because she didn't want the carbs. Instead, she got herself chicken strips.

She says, "I knew they were bad for me, but they're worth it."

Kardashian is currently relying on the old-fashion workout to stay in shape. She reveals she has started filming her workouts and start selling the videos soon on her Website.

She continues, "They're short videos, but if you do them one right after the other, it's a really good workout."
