She plans to educate her self while she is on the trip with issues that are affecting the people in the Middle East.

TMZ reports that Kim initially agreed to take the trip to make appearances at some Millions of Milkshakes shops opening in the two countries.

The reality TV star is reported to be telling her friends that she is determined to use the trip to educate herself about the political situation in the region.

A source told TMZ “Kim wants to be as informed as possible, so she can use her celebrity status to help those in need and raise awareness about important issues in the area”.

Kim is reported to has already set up meetings in both countries with local leaders. On the tour, she will be under the constant protection of a private security squad.
