Kim Kardashian wants her day in court as she is still married to Kris Humphries

When you see how far Kim Kardashian has moved on, you wouldn’t know she is still married to Kris Humphries.

The former couple doesn’t see eye to eye and won’t say much about each other, but now the reality TV star wants a divorce while Kris an annulment due to fraud.

Kim’s lawyer Laura Wasser told PEOPLE that they want a day in court. Laura said “We want a trial because that is the only way this will end. There was no fraud.

She also told an L.A Superior Court judge that Kim doesn’t want to be in the marriage. She said “Ms. Kardashian is now handcuffed to Kris Humphries. The delays are forcing her to married. She wants to dissolve her marriage so she can move on with her life. I don’t think Kris has a case, it’s a fishing expedition”.

Kris, who plays for Brooklyn Nets hasn’t changed his mind on the initial statements. Kris said he had no intention to be married and he went ahead with the wedding for the benefit of her TV show “Keeping up with The Kardashians”.

His lawyer said “All she has to do is agree to an annulment”. If she agrees to this, it means that the marriage was just for the show.

Kim has moved on, dating Kanye West but the pair will not make any commitments as Kim is legally still married.
