Kimberly Stewart Auditioning For Theater Roles

August 7, 2009

Kimberly Stewart is auditioning for theater parts. The model-and-reality TV star daughter of singer Rod Stewart has started looking for roles in London's famous West End district and is rumored to be in the running to appear in forthcoming musical "Legally Blonde" - which will also star U.K. actress Sheridan Smith.

Kimberly, 29, said: "Dad's given me his full backing. I'm already auditioning."

The socialite's previous acting experience includes the U.S. series "Undeclared" in 2002 and appearances on a number of reality TV shows including "The Osbournes."

In 2007, the model became the star of her own show, "Living with Kimberly Stewart," which was aired on the Living TV channel in the U.K.

She has also been a host of the celebrity news show "The Insider" in the U.S.

While Kimberly divides her time between the U.S. and the U.K., she recently revealed she loves being in London because it gives her the chance to exercise.

She said: "I've been cycling everywhere over here, it's so good for you, I love it."
