According to Radar Online,the family is tired of Kris' need to get back at Kim.

Kris does not want money,as he turned down an offer of \$10 million to sign the divorce papers.His problem is that their 72-day marriage was a fraud and therefore he wants an annulment.

A source told Radar that the Humphries are tired of the negative attention and do not want to be tied Kim.According to the source,the family just wants the NBA star to move on and away from the whole marriage.

Kris' sister who just landed a gig with plus size modelling agency Evans said her career has suffered previously because of her brother's reputation.

The source added that Kaela Humphries has been turned down many of the agencies are pro-Kim.Although Kaela has no hard feelings for Kim and loves her brother,she things it is about time Kris signed the papers.

The source added that Kris' family does not want any connections with the Kardashians and their biggest worry is that Kris is the one who will be hurt in the end.
