Kris Humphries has a strategy to prove that his 72 marriage was fraud

Kris on the other side has a different plan and is not ready to let it go without a fight.He has evidence to show that his marriage to Kim was a fraud.

A source close to the NBA star tells Radar Online that his plan is is simple and straightforward.The source said Kris believes he is able to prove that the marriage was fraudulent and it was just for their family reality TV show.

Kris is looking at the events on their show that seem to be fishy.He said before they started filming Kourtney & Kim Take on New York season four,he noticed that Kim was not in for the idea of Kris moving in.Kris was shocked by his new wife's reaction so he decided to stay in Minnesota.

After their disagreement on moving in Kris claims that Kim then started texting and calling him to move back to New York because the filming of the show was starting.

Kris says he was shocked that Kim was calling him to be on the show,yet she didn't want him around before that time.

Kris also remembers together with millions of viewers hearing Kim say she cannot live with Kris because he is such a slob.Kim is also heard saying she is not used to having someone in her space,let alone messing it up.

Kris also plans to blast the Kardashians because they are using the show to tarnish his name.
