Lady Gaga feels philanthropic as she donates $1M to help victims of Superstorm Sandy

.com/celebs/lady_gaga'>Lady Gaga has donated $1million to help the victims of superstorm sandy get their lives back to normal. She made her donation to the Red Cross for the hurricane relief effort on Wednesday.

With New York City being her birth place, she definitely has a soft spot for the affected area. On her website littlemonsters.com she said “Today I pledge 1 million dollars to New York & The American Red Cross for Hurricane Sandy Relief. If it wasn’t for NYC: the Lower Eastside, Harlem, The Bronx and Brooklyn, I would not be the woman or artist that I am today”.

After making her contribution, Gaga was spotted at the beach in Rio De Janeiro, Brazil. She was at one point seen getting topless on a balcony and clinging to a coconut to cover her boobs!
