Lady Gaga insists her former assistant was not qualified and does not deserve unpaid overtime

Lady Gaga is not amused with her former assistant Jennifer O'Neill who is suing her for unpaid overtime.

The deposition was made in August where the former assistant claims she worked overtime and wants her money.

Lady Gaga is calling her a hood rat who was unqualified and is suing for money she didn't earn.Jennifer is asking for $393,000.

Gaga said "This whole case is bulls***t and you know it".The singer insists that the former assistant knew what she was getting into and she knew there was no overtime.Jennifer is said to have agreed to $75,000 a year.

"One of the biggest problems I had with Jen is that I felt like she didn't lay out all my stuff for me",the singer said.She insists that sometimes there would be 20 bags and she couldn't go through them herself.

Lady Gaga did not fail to mention the fact that the former assistant enjoyed luxury life while working for her.She said Jen,who worked for her between 2009-2011 traveled the world on luxury planes.She added that Jen slept in Egyptian cotton sheets,stayed at five star hotels,and eat caviar and should not ask for a single coin she didn't work for.
