Larry Birkhead and his toddler daughter, Dannielynn, have been spotted looking at real estate in West Palm Beach, Florida. While they may be close to Nassau, and the grave of Dannielynn's mom Anna Nicole Smith, Birkhead said they will not take a side trip to visit the grave.
Birkhead said he has been visiting the Palm Beaches to look at real estate, but has been staying low-key by wearing hats and glasses. He also took his 19-month-old daughter, along with some nieces and nephews, and went to Disney World.
According to The Palm Beach Post, Birkhead was spotted having dinner with lawyer Krista Barth, who represented Smith's companion Howard K. Stern during the custody fight. The staff at the restaurant said the two looked very cozy, but Barth insists the two are just friends. Records show that Barth is married to her law partner, Eric Sauerberg.
Birkhead said he was really in Florida to enjoy some warm weather and added that he's helping to build a Habitat for Humanity house in Louisville, Kentucky.
