Laurence Fox Feels "Fantastic" After Wife Billie Piper Gave Birth To Their Son

Laurence Fox is feeling "fantastic" after wife Billie Piper gave birth to their son Winston James Fox on Monday.

The actor - who drove 26-year-old Billie to London's Portland Hospital for the birth - is finding it hard to control his joy after welcoming his first child into the world.

Speaking outside the hospital, Laurence, 29, said: "I feel fantastic!"

He is believed to have told friends: "You have no idea what's going on but it's amazing!"

After the birth, which is reported to have been a caesarean section, Laurence - who refused to reveal the baby's name, telling waiting well-wishers it was a "private moment" - celebrated with friends at the nearby Green Man pub where he showed off pictures of the new baby on his cell phone.

Billie's ex-husband Chris Evans - who revealed the couple's choice of name on his blog - arrived at the hospital with wife Natasha Shishmanian Tuesday bearing a gift for Winston.

Chris, whose divorce from Billie was finalized last year, wrote on his blog: "At the time of this writing, the little fella is not even fifteen hours old. He is cute as you like and didn't cry once for the few minutes I was there which was just a few moments ago."
