Leonardo DiCaprio's Alleged Face Slasher Claims Cover-Up

August 24, 2010 Leonardo Dicaprio, The Police

Leonardo DiCaprio's alleged face slasher claims the "Inception" star orchestrated a "cover-up" regarding the incident. Aretha Wilson's lawyer wants the star's toxicology report on the night of the incident five years ago.

Wilson is accused of slashing DiCaprio's face with a drinking glass at a party at Rick Solomon's home five years ago. But her lawyer claims the whole case is a cover-up perpetrated by DiCaprio himself.

Freddy Sayegh told E! News that DiCaprio was actually the one who instigated the fight after Wilson hurled some insults towards his way.

Apparently, Wilson called the actor and his entourage a "bunch of fags" and mocked them as they were leaving, telling them that they should "follow the little white man," which set the actor off. He then came over and swung at Wilson, which forced her to defend herself with a broken glass from a bottle.

The Golden Globe Award-winning actor went to the hospital that night and had 12 stitches to close the gash on his pretty face.

Sayegh claims DiCaprio didn't report the attack for three days. He ordered his lawyer Blair Berk to report the incident instead of going to the police. The lawyer for the accused also claims that five witnesses presented conflicting versions of the incident.

He wants DiCaprio's toxicology report and his medical records from that night. However, a spokeswoman from the L.A. Country District Attorney's Office said there's no toxicology report as victims in cases like this aren't required to submit to such tests.

Berk, the actor's legal beagle, calls the cover-up theory "absurd."

The next hearing has been set for Thursday.
