Jon & Kate could be going the way of Speidi. It looks like the public's had their fill of the attention-starved TLC reality stars. In a new poll, 94% of Life & Style's readers said they were fed up with Jon & Kate. Life & Style responds with a completely Gosselin-free issue.
The special Gosselin-free issue, on newsstands now, features Kim Kardashian on the cover. It also includes news on Britney, Angelina, and even a countdown to "Twilight" sequel "New Moon," but none of the Jon & Kate drama readers said they were sick of.
"We're listening to our readers who have overwhelmingly asked us to take a break from Jon and Kate, " said Dan Wakeford, editor-in-chief of Life & Style Weekly. "We believe, for the sake of their children, they need some time to solve their problems behind closed doors."
With interest waning for the battling couple, TLC is also seeing the effects. The newest episodes of "Jon & Kate Plus 8" are drawing in millions of less viewers than what the show was pulling in over the summer.
