Music heavyweight Billy Joel has been invited to join America's First Divorce Expo and Reception. Organizers want the soon-to-be divorcee to participate in the first ever expo for newly divorced Long Islanders.

The 60-year-old "Uptown Girl" hitmaker has announced that he and third wife, chef Katie Lee, are divorcing last week.

Organizers took it as a chance to invite Joel, who will soon be a member of their club, to the event. They will hold a press conference on Thursday at 11:30 a.m. at the Harbor Links Golf Club to describe the affair expected to happen at 7 p.m. that night.

The expo will be attended by newly divorced residents in Long Island, where the divorce rate is one of the highest in New York. It will offer various booths that will offer important information and expert advice to help individuals deal with their divorce.

There will also be a line-up of speakers, programs, and workshops, which will include speakers and panelists in subject matter experts. Sessions will be made available on various subjects, such as family law, divorce, separation, child support, and settlement agreements among others.

Dr. Logan Levkoff, Ph.D., a sought-after speaker in the field of sexuality, parenting and women's health, will be featured in the expo.

The First Divorce Expo and Reception will be held from 7 p.m. to 10 p.m. at the Harbor Links Golf club on Thursday.
