Wayne is positive that the jurors were pissed off at him because he didn't show up and testify. What the jurors didn't know was that he was sick at the time and couldn't fly to LA.

One weird thing though is the fact that he was too sick to go to a court hearing but he wasn't that sick when he was out sitting in Miami at the courtside for the Heat game.
