Lindsay Fires Back On Photog

Grigor Balyan, the photog, sued Lohan back in January because of the claim that he was plowed by Lohan's assistant while he was shooting as Lohan's car was driving away from a certain nightclub in Hollywood.

With the said situation in mind, Lindsay will not go without a fight and is ready to answer his allegations. She too just filed a response in LA County Court with the claim that Balyan actually carelessly put himself in front of the moving vehicle and thus caused his own harm.

Obviously, Lohan doesn't want to pay him a single dime for damages.
