Lindsay Lohan fires Shawn Holley

Actress Lindsay Lohan has fired her attorney Shawn Holley,and replaced her with Mark Heller.

According to reports,Lindsay's former attorney learnt that she was going to be axed when she was set to meet with a judge to negotiate a deal for the actress on her pending cases.

Lindsay's New York based attorney has had a troubled past and maybe shares some experiences with his client.In 1994,his licence to practice law was suspended for five years. New York Times informs that Heller at some point was described as a menace to the public by other lawyers.

Lindsay however in a later report said she never authorized her New York based attorney to terminate Holley.The actress is now desperate to get Holley back and says she thinks of her as her second mother.

Lindsay adds that she know how good her attorney has been in court and would never drop her.

Heller's camp however say Lindsay signed the letter.
