Lindsay Lohan might face a few months in jail after a series of crimes

In a day’s time, decisions about Lindsay Lohan near future will be made. She is just one day away from having her probation revoked and she might end up spending 8 months behind bars.

Sources inform TMZ that when the actress appears in court on Wednesday for lying to the police and reckless driving that led to the accident in the summer, the judge might revoke her probation in the jewelry theft case. Then a hearing date will be set to discuss whether the troubled actress violated the terms of probation by breaking the law.

According to TMZ the hearing will be conducted at the same time Lindsay stands trial on the criminal charges. The nail biting bit in this case is that even if she is not found guilty in the criminal case, the judge can still decide that she violated her probation because the standard of proving a probation violation is significantly lower than proving guilt beyond a reasonable doubt.

Law enforcement sources also say that the L.A City Attorney is ‘out for blood’ and will file papers to have Lindsay’s probation revoked
