Lindsay Lohan reveals that her relationship with Sam Ronson was toxic

.com/celebs/lindsay_lohan'>Lindsay Lohan has spoken about her relationship with DJ Sam Ronson three years later. Despite having been deeply in love with Ronson, Lohan believes they were never right for each other.

Lindsay who is now just friends with Ronson spoke to US Weekly and said “I need to love myself before I could be with anyone else, and I was going through a lot”.

She said “Two toxic people cannot be together. End of story. We’re friends now. That’s how it started and that is how it is supposed to be”.

The Liz and Dick actress added that her girlfriend ended up getting criticized for the relationship. “I was bold enough to say. ‘yeah I like a girl’, and that put her in a situation where she was being attacked every day”.

“That’s not fair. And what am I left with? A heartbreak. That was three years ago. It was my last serious relationship”, she added. Another reason why their relationship couldn’t go on was because of sycophants and bad influences.

“It took a while but it’s like ‘What was I thinking? Why did I allow so many sycophants and bad influence to be around me?’ I was lonely and didn’t realize it.

“That is why I come back home to New York. I never feel lonely there. I can see my family and I have really good people in my life.

Lindsay who recently said she doesn’t regret her past troubles and drama said “Kids go through ups and downs, try cigarettes,drugs and drinking. It’s human nature. LiLo has been arrested six times, been in rehab five times and has done community work but to her, all this were part of the ups and downs.
