Lindsay Lohan's former lawyer refuses to give her a second chance

Lindsay Lohan's former lawyer Shawn Holley is not looking back after she was fired by the troubled actress.

Despite Lindsay's efforts to get Holley to work with her,the attorney who has gotten her some good deals in front of the judges will not go back.

Sources say Holley is filling paperwork to withdraw from Lindsay's cases,including the upcoming one that is set for January 30.

The Dick&Liz actress is reported to have told Holley that she made a big mistake axing her.At some point she said she thinks of her as her second mother.Holley however,has had enough not to mention the huge sums of money she owes her.

What a time Lindsay chose to show her ace attorney the boot.At the time she was fired,Holley was in the process of negotiating a plea bargain for Lindsay in relation to her having lied to the police during an investigation.

She in turn hired Mark Heller,a New York based lawyer who is not licence to practice in California.
