Lindsay Lohan's Mother Claims She Has Been Cutting Herself

Lindsay Lohan's mother claims the actress has been cutting herself. Dina Lohan told her ex-husband Michael Lohan how their 23-year-old daughter has been self-harming as the "Mean Girls" star's life spirals more and more out of control.

She told him in a phone call posted by Radar Online: "Her cutting herself and hurting herself? Yeah, it's bad Michael, it's bad."

Dina also told Michael - who is estranged from Lindsay - it would be his fault if anything tragic happened to her.

In the 2008, phone call, she said: "I know that it's going to happen. I will feel it's all your fault, that's how I will feel, it's not about me."

Lindsay has previously been pictured with scars on her arm, prompting fears she is harming herself.

Dina is not the first of Lindsay friends and family to speak out about their worries for her health.

Her assistant Jenni Muro told Michael her fears she will take her own life if she doesn't get the help she needs.

In a phone call to Michael, Jenni said: "I am trying to save your daughter's life every day."

"She is another mess, she's no better than she was two years ago and she knows that. If I wasn't around she would be in grave danger.

"I gave up everything, my boyfriend and my dog and my parents and my new place in LA, everything just so your daughter doesn't kill herself."

Michael recently spoke of his fears for his daughter, saying she has an addiction to prescription drugs which he fears will kill her.

He said: "I want my daughter off prescription medication. She never needed it in her life... I'm not going to watch my daughter die. Hate me now, but you love me more later because I'm gonna turn her life around."
