Lindsay Lohan's past may haunt her on Monday when she appears in court

If Lindsay Lohan's Lawyers were to put in a good word for her,her past stands in the way of any good.

The prosecutors in this case plan to bring back all the 'bad' things that the troubled actress has done, to show the judge that there are some things that Lindsay has done more than once.

According to some evidence,Lindsay has been involved in similar accidents and told the cops she was not the one driving the cars.In the current case,Lindsay had lied to the police that she was not the one driving her car when it was involved in the accident in June last year.

Meanwhile, Belinda Carlisle has said that she feels that she was the Lindsay Lohan of her time.

The 54-year old says she was just lucky that she wasn't photographed doing the crazy things that she did back in the 80s.

She says she was a lot like Lindsay during her days but life eventually catches up and in Lindsay's case,she hopes it will end well.
