Lindsay Lohan refused to accept any form of punishment for the case where she lied to the police after her car was involved in a accident in June last year.
Lindsay's legal team will now have to battle the case in court on Monday after the negotiations went South.
According to reports,Lindsay and her attorney Mark Heller were not on the same page when Mark tried to make the deal.
On Monday Heller might try to avoid going to trial by negotiating another plea but it is unlikely that Lindsay will accept,she doesn't want to do any punishment.
Lindsay's lawyer was already cautioned because of his incompetence.She on the other has violated probation from the theft case and could go jail. |
