Lindsay Lohan set to keep her lawyer despite the judge calling him incompetent |

Actress Lindsay Lohan will not fire her attorney Mark Heller after a judge termed him incompetent to practice law.
Lohan is not amused that the media is making a mountain out of a mole hill because Heller is not as bad as they are saying he is.
The troubled actress is reported to have be planning to keep him as her lawyer.
Judge James Dabney earlier said Heller knows nothing about criminal law and the person who sponsored him to represent LiLo has never practiced law.
In the wake of the judge's statement,Lindsay's dad Michael Lohan offered to be her a lawyer but she turn the offer down.
It would be wise for Lindsay to pick a new lawyer because the judge will not take Heller seriously,which might land poor thing behind bars! She will be appearing in court in 12 days |
