Lindsay Lohan to appear in court despite having faked illness

You can skip court and have your lawyer tell the judge that you are sick,but not when you are Lindsay Lohan.

The troubled actress who is set to appear in court on Wednesday morning called in sick and had her attorney Mark Heller inform court that the actress was suffering from a respiratory infection,and could not fly.

The 26-year old was on Tuesday was spotted shopping at SoHo and TMZ.com paps managed to share the pictures.She seemed to be in good moods and later she was photographed smoking while talking to hotelier Vikram Chatwal.

This would ever have happened under the watch of Lindsay's former lawyer Shawn Holley who she fired while she was trying to negotiations on her pending cases.

According to sources,Lindsay has been begging Holley to come back because she cannot stand her new attorney.

Lindsay and her mother Dina are reported to have booked a fight to Los Angeles and she is set appear in court after the pictures appeared.

The actress faces three charges which include lying to the police,reckless driving and obstructing police when they were doing investigations.
