Lindsay Lohan wants evidence of her in a nightclub erased

Los Angeles, CA, United States (AHN Entertainment) - Lindsay Lohan didn't want any evidence of her alcohol binge, according to an eyewitness who claims the troubled starlet appeared to be "belligerently drunk" in a Hollywood nightclub on Sunday. One of her entourage apparently grabbed a fellow club-goer's camera to erase proof that she was drunk.

RadarOnline.com reports that Lohan was so worried photo evidence of her drinking at the Paul & Andre Hollywood nightclub would surface online that she grabbed the wrist of a woman who tried to take her picture. Someone then grabbed the woman's camera and dumped it into a bucket of ice.

And although the camera was damaged, the website was able to obtain a photo that sparked the incident, showing the somewhat actress hanging out with her friends.

An eyewitness said, "We didn't press charges because we thought it was funny at first. We were all drunk. But then we figured out when we got home that the camera was broken because she seeped in. The memory card, though, was still good."

The source, who sat with his friends, including the owner of the camera, at a table next to Lohan's group, added, "Lindsay appeared to be 'belligerently drunk.' She and her people were doing shots of something all night. She looked like she was falling all over the place. She was being stupid."

"When she grabbed my friend's wrist, another woman who was with Lindsay grabbed the camera. She kept saying 'I need that camera' over and over again. So the woman got it and sunk it into the ice bucket."

Last week, Lohan was sentenced to three years probation and psychological counseling after pleading no contest to a theft. Her previous probation report stated that she violated her probation when traces of alcohol were found in her system.
