Reports have emerged that troubled actress Lindsay Lohan was drinking the night she was involved in an accident.
The police who were at the scene of the accident say they found an alcohol bottle next to the Porsche.Her breath was also smelling alcohol.
The police however did not give her a test to prove she was sober at the time of the accident.
Lindsay is being given a new plea deal that does not involve a jail term.She being offered 60 days in a residential rehab in the case involving her lying to the cops that she was not driving her car at the time of the accident.The new offer makes it four months less that the first offer.
Her attorney also wants her to do community service in New York City and she will be closely monitored. |
